Yes, we develop personalised behavioural support plans in collaboration with participants, families, and caregivers to promote positive behaviours and wellbeing.
We obtain a performance review of our workers by getting you and/or your family members to complete a feedback form. We then review the form and take the necessary steps to pass it on to our staff members. We also continue to consult with you with the focus on service improvement with the view to achieve our mission statement.
Our friendly staff is comprised of nurses and support workers. Our nurses have received registration from AHPRA and our support workers have completed certificates with TAFE institutions. All of our staff members have experience in disability, with our head nurse being in the sector for over 20 years.
We offer reliable support with daily tasks, household chores, and personal care to help clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
We work closely with each participant and their support network to understand their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring that every support plan is tailored specifically for them.
